Choose to make the adult size taught in class, and you'll also receive instructions for a child-sized version that can be made from the same pattern.
In this class, students will learn how to:
Work with foam or fusible fleece to add structure and shape
Properly apply Pellon Decor Bond 809 for a crisp, professional finish
Create and apply bias binding as both an edge finish and decorative flat binding
Construct a sturdy hat that can be enjoyed for many Halloweens to come
