Discover how the simple practice of infant massage can help comfort your baby and strengthen your bond.
Join Licensed Massage Therapist Kelsey Gross for an informal, family-friendly session featuring a hands-on demonstration of tummy massage techniques that can help relieve gas and constipation. Kelsey will demonstrate on a doll, and you're welcome to bring your baby and practice the techniques with her guidance.
Benefits of infant massage may include:
Improved sleep
A calmer, more relaxed baby
Relief from gas, reflux, and constipation
Support for learning, growth, and development
Stronger bonding and communication with your baby
While you participate, children ages 4 and under can enjoy playing in the Tree House Indoor Playground!
What is Pop-Up Parenting?
Pop-Up Parenting connects families with local experts and practical parenting information in a flexible, convenient format. Since the presentation repeats on a continuous loop, you can stop by whenever it works for you, stay for 15 minutes or the full session, and leave with helpful resources and take-home materials.
Whether you're a new parent or looking for practical ways to support your growing baby, this free event is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and ask questions. We hope to see you there!
