Experience a slow yoga flow class with breathtaking ocean views, where each pose is sequenced with mindful breathing to create a fluid and invigorating practice. Embrace your adventurous spirit and challenge yourself with more advanced variations of postures as they are offered.
Allow yourself the freedom to explore new possibilities, and also let go of what no longer serves you as you settle into deep rest by the shore.
Receive a cool-down aromatherapy refresher for meditation and a takeaway inspirational card to set your day.

The teacher will demonstrate and give clear directions on a PA speaker with modifications for all levels and newbies to enjoy.
Class duration, 75+ minutes.
After class, give extra time to enjoy a healing dip in the ocean.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Set against the backdrop of a stunning, expansive beach area with a relaxed atmosphere, arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in with the teacher and soak in the beauty of your surroundings before we begin. Immerse yourself in the benefits of this nature-based practice and take a healing dip in the ocean after class.
