Circle of Friends Annual Bazaar

The Circle of Friends Annual Bazaar is Saturday August 1st from 9 am – 2 pm at Morgan’s school, 158 Meade Hill Road. The bazaar will feature a tag sale with many treasures, a big bake sale with lots of pies, cookies and other treats, and beautiful homemade crafts. This will be the last chance to buy raffle tickets for a vintage Grandmother’s Garden hand-stitched quilt, garden bench and electronic keyboard. Pieces of pie and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream will be offered as treats to enjoy while shopping.

The Circle of Friends is a group of women living in Morgan and neighboring communities whose charitable work enriches the lives of its member and has a positive effect on the community through donations and good works. The group meets monthly throughout the year to enjoy speakers discussing various topics and takes time out for refreshments and interesting conversation. Thousands of dollars are raised for local food shelves, libraries and other charitable organizations, as well as for scholarships and the Morgan Community House renovations.
