Join us for a welcoming, baby-friendly gathering designed for parents navigating the first year after birth. This support circle creates a safe space to share your birth stories, process the emotional and physical challenges of postpartum life, and connect with others who truly understand this transformative journey.

Facilitated by Cassandra Leadbeater, IBCLC, owner of The Nurtured Bond, the circle offers a combination of professional insight and personal experience, drawing from her background in nursing, nutrition, and maternal-child health, as well as her own journey through breastfeeding and early parenthood. Whether you're dealing with an empowering, complicated, joyful, or heavy birth experience, all parents are welcome here with their babies and their unique stories.

The circle serves as a supportive environment for those processing their birth experiences, adjusting to new emotions, or facing feeding challenges. Parents in the early months will find reassurance from others who are on a similar path, while those further along can reflect, share wisdom, and witness the journey of growth over time.

This connection circle is free or donation-based, provided by The Nest of Pennsylvania, a registered non-profit assisting parents and caregivers in Central PA. Our Community-Supported Ticketing ensures that everyone can attend, regardless of financial capability. Registration is encouraged due to limited space, and participants are asked to cancel if unable to attend to allow others the opportunity.

Meetings take place at Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, located at 4819 E Trindle Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Please enter through the back lower doors, where we will gather in the lower lobby area, making use of available amenities such as the sensory gym, nursing room, and bathroom on the same floor.
