Rescue Mission Food Drive

You are invited to participate in our annual food drive, sponsored by the Social Ministry Committee, by taking home a grocery bag located in our lobby and returning it with food and other supplies listed on the bag (large size non-perishables are always appreciated). If you prefer to give a monetary donation, make your check payable to “Grace Lutheran Church” and indicate “Rescue Mission” in the memo section.
For nearly 45 years of Christ-centered ministry, the Hendersonville Rescue Mission has provided food, clothing, shelter, counseling and medical care to the homeless in our community. Since 1992 (prior records are unavailable) the Mission has served 1.7 million meals and provided over 350,000 days of shelter to over 31,000 men, women and children without government assistance. Please give generously to help re-supply the Rescue Mission food pantry this summer. “Then Jesus declared, I am the bread of life.
