Circle of Sound

Circle of Sound is a meditative movement and sound experience. We will gather around the fire in sacred space to honor movement, music, silence, and stillness. Through intention-based, collaborative creation, we will deepen our experience of the seasons and foster our connection to both spirit and community.
All musicians are welcome. Bring your drums, rattles, flutes, singing bowls, stringed instruments, voices, etc.
All dancers are welcome. Movers of all levels of mobility are encouraged to attend.
All who come with an open heart and open mind are welcome. Seated meditation, journaling, witnessing, and holding space are all appropriate.
Please consider coming early and bringing something to share for our pre-event potluck at 6:30 pm. If possible, please label your food items for those with dietary restrictions. We encourage you to bring your own reusable eating-ware to minimize waste; however, disposable utensils and plates, etc., will be available.
We ask that participants arrive by 7:00 pm for group check-in and intention-setting.
