Designed for hospital births, it provides the information, tools, and preparation you need to make informed decisions. We cover induction, hospital policies, epidurals, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management, and partner support. Finish the class feeling confident and ready for your baby’s arrival!
Our Hospital Birth class is specifically designed for those who are choosing to birth in a hospital setting. This class gives you more information, tools, and preparation than the average hospital class and will set you and your partner up for success! We cover topics that are specific to this birth place such as induction, policies that impact your birth, and epidurals. This class is 6 sessions and also covers in-depth the stages of labor, comfort measures, relaxation, natural ways of handling pain, and tips and tricks for partners. We want you both to feel confident and ready for the birth of your little one! No breastfeeding or baby stuff good to add Life with your new baby class with this one. Hybrid (online course with Zoom meetings) classes option as well. Life with your new baby $100 add-on course 1 more day added if class members want to add it.
