Soul Alchemy: Change your Energy, Change your Life is a spiritual transformational process designed by Ivy to help you clear unhealthy energy in order to connect with your inner wisdom and align with the life you are ready to create. Ivy explains that everything is energy and although we clean our homes and we tend to our bodies, our energy fields often get neglected.
Through guided visualization you will be invited to clear your energy, balance your chakras (your energy centers), awaken your intentions, manifest from the soul level, and begin embodying the version of you that is ready to live. This is a sacred circle for discussing and exploring spirituality, healing, clarity, empowerment, divine connection and deep inner transformation.
Attendees can expect an energy clearing guided meditation session, an introduction to energy work, time for journaling, and the opportunity to participate in a group discussion.
