This event is hosted at Funktional Kinections in Fort Worth—a wonderful adaptive gym and wellness space.
This is a gentle space to receive, soften, and reconnect with yourself. This is open to everyone— all are welcome here.
Together, we’ll slow down and settle into a calm, supportive environment where you can simply rest.
What to expect:
A guided meditation for deep relaxation
You may receive gentle Reiki energy work as you rest
Quiet time for personal reflection and intention-setting
