On April 21, 2026, Clifford Morales suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while dining at a local restaurant just a quarter mile from Cass Regional Medical Center. In a matter of moments, a coordinated chain of survival was set into motion. Thanks to the quick actions of bystanders, first responders, EMS personnel, emergency providers, nurses, and healthcare professionals across the continuum of care, Clifford received the lifesaving treatment he needed when every second mattered.
