This supportive, low-impact class focuses on improving mobility, reducing injury risk, and helping you stay strong for everyday life.
Kendra is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Pilates Instructor ready to guide you through this gentle, all levels Pilates Class starting Wednesday, June 17th and running through August 12th at 1pm weekly.
