Lion's Gate Sound Journey at Brownstone Station

Sarah Paz Hyde joins the Brownstone Station community for a special Triple 8 Lion's Gate Portal Sound Journey. With sound as our guide to the "inner worlds" within, our time together is tuned into this year's planetary alignments and particularly heightened and focused on the themes of:

As we travel with sounds infused by the melodic, shamanic qualities of the handpan, ngoni & frame drum, the invitation is simple – remember who and what we are, and compassionately meet our edges to gift space for abundance and opportunities for our highest selves to appear. This sound immersion is interwoven with dreamlike, ancestral vocalizations & lullabies, alongside an assortment of instruments including gongs, the shruti box, bowls, chimes and percussive elementals.
Inspired by the natural world – the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether – we will oscillate between stillness and sound to travel through the peaks & valleys of the inner world to access rest & release, and more deeply integrate balance & harmony within.
