Claremont Soup Kitchen Summer Lunch Program for Kids | July 13-17

We have an amazing opportunity to partner with the Claremont Soup Kitchen, as they serve Claremont school kids this summer. Last year, their "Summer Feeding Program" provided over 12,000 breakfast and lunch bag options for school kids at three locations around the city. Riverbank will participate in packing lunches at the Soup Kitchen each day from 8-10 am. We will then pick up meals and folding tables at 11:30am and deliver them to Barnes Park to serve meals from noon-1pm; returning the folding tables and any remaining lunches to CSK by 1:30pm. What a blessing it is to be able to participate in this extremely needed program!NOTE: Please sign up for specific days and times to assemble the food bags and/or serve the meals. This serve event is appropriate for those 14 and older.
