Design a Shoebox Float and Other Fourth of July Crafts w Materials from rePlay Arts

Drop in between 1:00–3:00 PM to create a miniature parade float for the Fourth of July Shoebox Parade! Using a shoebox and patriotic decorations, children can design their own festive float to celebrate Independence Day.

Finished floats will be displayed at the library throughout the week before being brought to the Hanover Fourth of July Celebration, where their creators can march with them in the Shoebox Parade. Children are also welcome to use the available materials to create artwork of their own choosing.

This program is made possible through a partnership with rePlay Arts, a wonderful local nonprofit that promotes creativity and sustainability by providing affordable, reused art and craft supplies to the community.
