Breathwork, Meditation & Sound Bath in the Penske Planetarium

Adults are invited to a restorative breathwork, meditation, and sound bath experience inside the Planetarium — designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect.
This relaxing session will be led by Dena Bostwick, who will guide breathwork and meditation, and Lisa Fischer, who will lead the sound bath.
