Join us as the 17STRONG Youth Outreach Subcommittee kicks off the 2025/2026 school year with renewed energy, fresh ideas, and deeper collaboration. This meeting will focus on continuing our shared efforts to uplift and support Hamilton’s youth through inclusive, neighborhood-based engagement.

Bring more youth and organizational voices to the table
Strengthen our network of partners committed to youth success
Identify ongoing needs and new opportunities for programming
Develop fall outreach plans and build momentum for 2025
