Fish Sculpture Family Class

Join us for the Fish Sculpture Family Class at the Center for Ceramics Studio, where families can engage in a fun clay activity. Participants aged 10 and up will create slab fish sculptures, decorating them with vibrant underglazes before leaving them in the studio for glazing and firing. The finished pieces will be ready for pick-up in approximately two to three weeks. This hands-on project offers a wonderful opportunity to experience hand building with clay slabs and surface decoration. The class, led by instructor Lara Blanchard, is limited to 10 students, and parents or guardians must also register. Refunds, minus credit card fees, are available up to 7 days before the class; after that, fees become non-refundable, though tickets can be transferred to a friend.
