Details:
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of training designed to work the entire body through a sequence of work/rest periods repeated across multiple sets with different moves, for the duration of class. Known to be one of the most "efficient" workout formats, expect HIIT exercises to be scalable for all- while the general intensity quickly alternates from your own 90-100% moderate/max effort, to minimal effort, and back up again! Scheduled time will include generous warm up and cool down phases; exercises may also include weights.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent.
