A class designed with slow, precise movements and breath control to target the core while also strengthening other areas of your body, improving postural alignment and range of motion. For this training, you will be sitting in a chair.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent. 8-11 year old's who have completed Youth Conditioning may participate with a parent.
