Details:
These weekly, drop-in yoga classes include gentle movement, breathing practices and meditation.
Expect to work on building strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility - both physically and mentally.
Classes are led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500. She has taught yoga classes at Wagnalls since 2018.
These classes usually include people who are new to yoga as well as people who've been practicing yoga for years.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or blanket.
Classes meet in the garden near the library, weather permitting. The Community Building is the backup location.
