Picnic on the Plaza

Join us for a joyful Picnic on the Plaza in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday, where all ages are welcome! Enjoy a delightful array of foods that were invented or popularized in America, including roasting hot dogs over the fire pit and creating your own ice cream sundae. Participants can also make s’mores and watercolor squirt art. The meal will feature hot dogs with toppings, baked beans, and classic American desserts. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair to settle in for stories on the plaza as we celebrate this milestone together. This free event is open to everyone!
