Details:
Did you know that some of baseball's most historic moments happened in North Jersey? From the very first game in Hoboken to Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier at Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City, North Jersey has borne witness to some of the game's most important events. Explore key locations throughout the top half of the Garden State and learn about the personalities that made those diamonds sparkle with lifelong baseball fan and proud New Jerseyan, John D. Cerilli. No registration necessary. Seating is first-come, first-seated. About John D. Cerilli: John is an entertainment producer who spent the better part of his professional career as Vice President of Digital Content with Marvel Entertainment/The Walt Disney Company. John is a longtime New York Mets season ticket holder, a decades-long member-supporter of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY, a member of the Society for American Baseball Research, and a docent at the Yogi Berra Museum in Little Falls, NJ. His extensive travels include attending Major League Baseball games at 48 stadiums and the first games ever played in Europe at London Stadium/Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in 2019. His ongoing quest is to see his beloved Mets play in every current park; he's missing five: Astros, Athletics, Giants, Mariners, and Twins.
