Fit & Fabulous with Maureen Gaines - Fit & Fabulous Thursdays - Spring Hybrid

This class is a dynamic and total body workout! All major muscles will be targeted. Beginning with a generous warm up, you will perform exercises that involve strength, cardio endurance, balance and flexibility. Free weights, resistance bands, chairs and pilates balls are used to enhance exercises. Workouts include a good stretch too. You will finish your workout feeling fit and fabulous and have FUN in the process! Bring water bottles, wear loose, comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes (no sandals or Crocs please) . ACSM certified Personal trainer Maureen Gaines will lead in person and by zoom. No class 4/20 & 5/25
