Join us at Decatur County Memorial Hospital for the 2026 Diabetes Education Classes, specifically designed for individuals with diabetes and their families. Led by Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES) and Registered Dietitians, the sessions comply with the curriculum standards outlined by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) Diabetes Education Accreditation Program (DEAP).
