Unearth a Story with NC Zoo

Get ready for a wild adventure right here at the library! Join us for Unearth a Story with the North Carolina Zoo, an exciting, interactive program that brings the natural world to life. Zoo educators will be visiting with live animals, giving participants a rare, up-close look at some amazing creatures. Along with these special guests, they’ll share fascinating animal artifacts—from furs to bones—helping us “unearth” the stories animals leave behind and discover how they survive in the wild. This engaging 45-minute presentation will explore animal habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session where curious minds can ask questions and learn even more.
