Water Fitness: Shallow Indoor Pool

Join us for a comprehensive fitness experience featuring two low-impact classes designed to improve overall health and wellness. The Water Fitness class takes place in the shallow indoor pool, utilizing the natural resistance of water for a joint-friendly workout that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. Complementing this, our Silver Sneakers Circuit class in the group exercise studio focuses on standing choreography paired with upper-body strength training using handheld weights, elastic tubing, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is also provided for added support, making both classes accessible for all fitness levels.
