The High Plains Library District, including its Centennial Park Library branch, serves as a vital community resource in Northern Colorado, aiming to foster lifelong learning and community connection. Beyond traditional book lending, the district offers mobile and virtual services, job and business resources, and programs for all ages, from early literacy to adult education. They are committed to providing free and equal access to information and technology, with a mission to build community and offer access to answers for every question. The district also focuses on Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities and is developing innovative facilities like the LINC Library Innovation Center.
