You are not alone.
Whether you are currently in an unhealthy relationship, have left an abusive relationship, or are continuing your healing journey, Unbroken Voices offers a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where you can connect with others who understand.
Together, we'll explore topics such as:
Healing after abuse
Understanding power and control
Rebuilding confidence and self-worth
Healthy boundaries
Healthy relationships
Parenting after trauma
Breaking generational cycles
Finding hope and moving forward
Our discussions are guided by It's My Life Now, but no reading is required and new participants are always welcome. Come as you are, participate as much or as little as you're comfortable, and know that your story matters.
