The Catoosa County Library aims to enhance the community's quality of life by providing essential educational, recreational, and informational resources and services. It facilitates connections between people and resources, enabling the community to utilize its strengths and grow together. The library offers free internet access, select software, and a diverse collection of over 100,000 print and audiovisual items. As a member of the PINES network, patrons have access to materials from over 300 libraries across Georgia. Additionally, the library provides various activities for all ages, a genealogy collection, and digital resources through GALILEO and other online libraries. They have also recently transitioned to a mostly fines-free model to improve accessibility.
