Details:
Paul, 200 hr Kripalu RYT, will lead the SCRC community in yogic and wellness based exercise. We'll include Breathwork and meditation as well. All to assist in sobriety maintenance and proactively assist in the recovery journey through body, mindfulness and wellness.
