What: Join us for a guided pasture walk focused on native warm-season grasses (NWSG) and how they benefit both livestock and wildlife. Learn about establishment, management practices and forage quality that will benefit livestock AND wildlife. Speakers may include NRCS, local producers, MU extension, Soil and Water, and wildlife biologists. Where: In Person, near Birch Tree, Shannon County, MO on Butter Reeves property. Directions: From Highway 60 in Birch Tree, go south on Highway 99 and take hwy Y east, take CR Y-629 south for about 1 mile. We will meet at the barn on the left.
