My husband is a Denison Grad (’98), and we moved back to Granville in 2020 after 16 years of life out West in Arizona. I’m a yogi of 20+ years, trained primarily in Vinyasa (flow) Yoga. I’m also a Certified Holistic Fitness Specialist and social worker by trade. I enjoy combining the practices of both vocations by using breathwork and movement to help clients balance their energies, reduce anxieties, increase optimism and empowerment, and enhance overall well-being. I offer a variety of options throughout each practice so newcomers and veteran yogis alike can comfortably explore my classes.
