Join us for an exciting STEM Arts & Crafts Lab where we'll dive into the wild and wonderful world of DNA—the tiny code inside every living thing that makes you... YOU! We'll explore what DNA is, why it's so important, and how it acts like a master plan for life. Then, bring it all to life by crafting your own beaded DNA keychain—a colorful, wearable creation that's as unique as your genetic code! This hands-on experience is led by Yingling Yang, a Granville High School student and proud captain of the Science Olympiad team. Yingling is obsessed with all things science and loves sharing her passion with curious minds—ask her about DNA replication, and you just might end up loving it too. Totally free to attend—yep, supplies, snacks, and drinks are all included! Space is limited, so be sure to register on Eventbrite. No need to register parents, just the kids who will be participating in the craft!
