Children and their families are invited to a special program
celebrating “neighborhood heroes” from 1–2 pm on Friday, June 26 at the Wolf Creek branch.
During this storytime, meet a firefighter from the Wolf Creek Volunteer Fire Department. A local firefighter will read a story related to their job and answer questions from the audience. Afterward, stay to make a craft.
This program is offered at no charge and is open to the public. A library card is not required to participate.
This event is part of the 2026 Summer Reading Program — “Plant a Seed, Read,” sponsored by Evergreen Federal Bank, Grants Pass Active Club, Josephine Community Library Foundation, Oregon Pacific Financial Advisor, and the Sate Library of Oregon.
