1-on-1 Tech Tutoring

Come meet with a staff member for one-on-one technology coaching for basic questions.
What can we help you with?
-Usage of our offered apps (Lakeland App, Comics Plus, Libby/Hoopla)
-Utilizing our website and online catalog, including MEL.org/
-Basic phone and computer questions/set up
-Basic social media help
-Basic internet security and safety tips
-Email set-up and use
-AI safety and basic usage
We will do our best to help with basic tech questions. All requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
Registration is required. Appointments will be available twice a month on Wednesdays. If you are unsure if someone will be able to help you, or if you would like to explain your issue to see if we can help, please call us at 616-895-4178.
