On this free, guided walking tour you'll learn about the early immigrants who built Grand Island's business district. Most of the stories come from the 1870s to 1910s when Grand Island was seeing rapid growth from the railroad and then the Lincoln Highway. Both were the first transcontinental transportation ways in the U.S. - just two blocks apart through Grand Island's business district.
Reserve your tour spots by emailing dana@visitgrandisland.com, or calling Dana at 308-382-4400. Check in is at 6:15 p.m. and the tour begins at 6:30 p.m.
