Free legal help is coming to R.C. Miller Library!
Lone Star Legal Aid will be on-site the 3rd Thursday of every month, 10 AM – 1 PM, to provide free legal assistance to qualifying low-income community members.
Lone Star Legal Aid handles civil (non-criminal) matters, including:
Consumer law
Education
Employment
Family law
Health care
Housing
Juvenile issues
Neighborhood problems
Public benefits
Walk-ins welcome — no appointment needed. Just stop by the library during clinic hours.
