The Beaumont Heritage Society invites realtors, prospective homebuyers, preservation enthusiasts, and community members to attend Lunch & Learn: Selling History, a free educational class focused on the Oaks Historic District in Beaumont, Texas.
This engaging session will provide attendees with valuable insight into the history, character, and opportunities within one of Beaumont’s most recognizable historic neighborhoods. Participants will also gain practical information about buying and preserving historic homes.
