Each session incorporates the breath, mindfulness, and therapeutic touch, all designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and foster a deep sense of well-being. The practice is accessible to all bodies and requires no yoga or massage experience. You will need: A high quality yoga mat (studio mat rentals are $5) Water (we have a water refill station in studio) Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge We totally understand that things come up! If you're unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don't cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
