July 14: Mediterranean (Salads & Gyros) : Explore the bright, fresh flavors of the Mediterranean as you learn to build vibrant salads and craft homemade gyros. We’ll cover classic ingredients, simple marinades, and essential techniques for assembling crisp, colorful salads and perfectly seasoned gyro fillings. A delicious way to bring sunshine to your table year-round! September 8: Canning: Learn safe and simple techniques for preserving fruits, veggies, and sauces. November 10: Soup: Cook hearty, flavorful soups perfect for chilly days. 🍴Our Teacher: Felicia Hartsoch is a high school culinary arts teacher from Wyoming, where she inspires the next generation of chefs with her passion for food and education.
