Urban Voices: Poetry & Hip Hop Creative Writing Workshop

Join us for the Urban Voices & Tween Writing Lab: Dino Edition, a dynamic series of creative writing workshops aimed at empowering young participants. Urban Voices consists of eight sessions focused on poetry and hip-hop, helping York teens enhance their literacy skills, critical thinking, and confidence through expressive storytelling. Meanwhile, the Tween Writing Lab: Dino Edition invites tweens to unleash their imagination by crafting a brochure for their own dinosaur-themed park, where they'll create unique dinosaurs and blend writing with artistry in a fun and engaging environment. Both programs encourage creativity and self-expression in an inspiring and collaborative atmosphere.
