Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all participants, our workshops require a minimum number of registrations to proceed.
Minimum Attendance Requirement Workshops that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Hedy and Company. If this occurs, registered participants will receive a 100% refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
Participant Cancellations If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop will receive a credit toward the same workshop offered at a future date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, including no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials, staffing, and preparation costs have already been incurred.
Registration credits must be used within 12 months of the original workshop date.
If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
