Kassidy Plyler, Cultural Public Programs Specialist with the Catawba Cultural Center of the Catawba Indian Nation will present Catawba 101 which explores the rich 6,000+ year history of the Catawba Nation. The information included will focus on the constant changes the Catawba Nation faced since first contact with European explorers in 1540, as well as touch base on stories of creation, traditional pottery and other current happenings for the Catawba Nation.
