11:00 a.m.; Led by retired professor and published poet Joan Canby, this four-part memoir writing series guides participants from concept to public presentation. Instructional sessions explore the purpose of memoir techniques for organizing life events, genre selection, memory prompts and approaches to structuring a personal narrative.
