Eastern Kansas Land Management Seminar & Trade Show

The Eastern Kansas Land Management Seminar and Trade Show is being hosted in partnership with Linn, Johnson, Franklin and Miami County Conservation Districts with support from K-State Extension, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Eastern Kansas Burn Association, and Kansas Wildlife and Parks. The theme of this inagural event is Land Management Against Woody Encroachment. The seminar will offer information on topics including woody encroachment and brush management, grazing considerations and pasture management, dealing with invasive species and land restoration, prairie reconstruction and land management with food production. Conservation and land management vendors and agencies will be available to support attendees with services, planning and products needed to achieve their land management goals.
