Improvements to Clare Road between 178th Street and north of 175th Street
Expansion to a four-lane, median-divided roadway
New traffic signals at 175th Street & Clare Road and 175th Street & future Harmony Road
Dedicated left- and right-turn lanes
New sidewalks and trails for improved connectivity
