Established amidst significant national and environmental shifts, the Monmouth Fish & Game Association (MFGA) has transformed from a modest group of sportsmen into one of Maine’s leading outdoor organizations. Founded in 1941 to safeguard wildlife and waterways, MFGA quickly expanded its influence, incorporating in 1949 and acquiring over 265 acres for conservation and shooting sports. With a rich legacy of community engagement, education, and outdoor recreation, MFGA continues to nurture Maine's natural resources and fosters a love for the outdoors among future generations.
