The Gardiner Public Library serves the communities of Gardiner, West Gardiner, South Gardiner, Farmingdale, Pittston, Randolph, and Litchfield. Its mission is to assemble, preserve, and circulate books and related materials to provide information, self-education, and recreation for the community's enlightenment, entertainment, and cultural development. The library offers a wide range of services including access to physical and digital collections (books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs), museum/park passes, free Wi-Fi, public computers, printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and notary services. It also provides programming for all ages and maintains a Community Archives Room for local history and genealogy.
