Long Beach Workforce Innovation Network Board Meeting

On Thursday, June 4, 2026, Long Beach will host two engaging events. The first is the Long Beach Workforce Innovation Network Board Meeting from 9 to 11 AM at the LBWIN Adult Career Services Center, located at 4811 Airport Plaza Dr. This meeting is organized by the Economic Development Department and welcomes all ages. Later in the day, join "A Quiet Place to Write" at the Burnett Neighborhood Library (560 E. Hill St. 90806) from 6 to 7 PM. This event invites adults to enjoy a peaceful hour of community writing, where participants can bring their notebooks or laptops and work on their projects in a relaxed environment. An optional writing prompt will be provided for those interested. This writing session is part of a broader series by the Long Beach Public Library, which also features other activities, including the earlier board meeting.
